    Had an aweful meal from the Flames Bistro tonight. Had the Meal of the Month Beef and Guinness pie had to wait for 45 minutes for the meal and it tasted like beef and gravy no Guinness and very salty mashed potato looked like slop the only thing I liked was the pesto and cheese bread that came with it.

    Food was typical Sports club food with the popular choice being the three course buffet. Service at the cafe was slow
